Hello Friends, Family, and loyal customers,

The time has come for the Weimer's to move forward with new chapters and leave this one to a wonderful new family. Though we have had many up's and down throughout the 4 years we have lived on the property we are grateful for them all. The architecture of our family changed a lot during that time but the love and dedication that we received during this time was truly priceless. We are forever grateful for each renter, tenant, and kind neighbor we met and shared time with during this journey. It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye but we defiantly left you in good hands with the Lucus family. It seemed fitting that our first post was a family photo and that our last would also be despite the changes we have faced since then.

We are happy to share as of yesterday evening the new owners of Hillside Rentals have taken possession of the property and Business. I will attach their contact information below. Please reach out to them with questions, and I am sure they will also send out information to each of you as they begin to settle into their new home and business.

Hello customers,

The time has come for this Journey to come to an end. Hillside Rentals is going to be officially sold and under new management starting August 2024. If you are behind in rent please call or get with me before July 15th. We will be clearing units at that time for the new owners. 307-321-9921 is where you can reach out to. I am grateful for the relationships and people I have had the privilege to get to know through this business and will miss the conversations or small visits.

Good Morning,

I would like to take a moment to say thank you for your continued support as a business, but we are in need of making some changes.

We have seen an increased number of Tenants not paying rent that are several months behind. I attempt to be very understanding and am always willing to meet people in the middle, but at this time its becoming excessive. As a result we are enforcing our leases in a stricter nature.

If you are more than 30 days behind in rent and have not made an arrangement with me and set up a plan your locks will be cut and the unit locked out.

At this time any unit over 3 months behind has been cut and locked out. Certified letters will go to the addresses on file for those units, and if no payments are made our next steps will be taken in emptying the units.

We are a family owned business with deep roots to the Rawlins community. Storage Units are monitored and cared for daily. The area is clean and accessible through a private road about a mile outside of town. The units vary in 2 different sizes which are 5x10-$40 or 10x20 -$70. The area around the units is also paved making it easier and cleaner to load and unload your belongings. Please feel free to call us at 307-321-9921 to set up an appt to see/rent one of our units.
