If you were my friend and you told me you were thinking about buying a house this fall, here’s what I’d tell you before we even started looking.
First… don’t assume fall is a bad time to buy.
Honestly, there can be some really good opportunities this time of year.
There are usually fewer people out there fighting over the same house, some sellers have been sitting on the market all summer and may be a little more open to negotiating, and you can sometimes see what a house is REALLY like once the summer rush is over.
But there are a few things I’d want you to know before we started looking.
Swipe for the six things I’d tell you - including the one most buyers never think to ask for, which isn’t a lower price.
Want the whole thing written down? Comment EDGE and I’ll send you The Fall Buyer’s Edge -what to ask for, what to look for, and the timeline to be in before the holidays. Free, no strings. 🤍
