This Independence Day the Redlands 4th of July Parade & Fireworks will present a fireworks spectacular. While the launch site and nearby neighborhoods will not be open to spectators, organizers are preparing a show that will be visible from residents' homes all over the City.
Streets will be closed and parking restrictions enforced beginning at 5 p.m. on July 4 in the following areas:
* 5th Avenue will be closed from Dearborn Street to Marion Road with posted no parking for Sunday on both sides of the street.
* Dearborn Street will be closed from Highland Avenue to 5th Avenue with posted no parking for Sunday on the west side of the street.
* Marion Road will be closed from Pleasantview Drive to 5th Avenue. Residents will be allowed to enter with ID.
* Residents of Dearborn Street or Silvertree Lane with ID may enter off of 5th and Dearborn.
* No southbound traffic will be allowed on Dearborn Street.
* Road closures begin at 5 p.m. and vehicles parked in violation of the posted No Parking signs will be towed.

Confession: the last 60 days have probably been the most consistently and wildly stressful of my career. 🥵💣

You wouldn’t believe half the “stuff” if I told you - I hardly do. But we made it. We always do. And not a single escrow canceled. 🙌🏼🔥

Feeling grateful for the relentless real estate pros I get to work with, the new home owners I get to celebrate, and for this, a recharge with my coffee and my happy place. ✌🏼

It’s the first day of summer break in our house 🎓🙌🏼🎉🍾

I wish I was really at this cute little V***e stand, but sadly, this was taken a couple months ago. Instead I’m just here stressing over appraisals and condo questionnaires and taking my 8 year old to Home Depot (because it’s his favorite place ever).

BUT, you guys, Distance Learning is a thing of the past 🤞🏼🙌🏼🍾 and that in itself feels as good as allthechampagne.

For those of you who added “Distance Learning Facilitator” and/or “Home School Teacher” to your resume this year, job well done. We made it. ❤️🥂
