Greetings Neighbor! September is National Preparedness Month and this year's theme is Americans Stand Ready. Living on the Oregon Coast means we know better than most that emergencies can happen without warning. Wildfires, tsunamis, severe storms and power outages are all part of life here.

I had the opportunity to participate in this week's Community Meeting on Coastal Hazards where we discussed the biggest concerns facing our community in a disaster situation. These conversations matter and I am glad our community is having them.

This is a great time to make sure you and your household have a plan, a kit and know where to get reliable information when you need it most. I will be dropping some helpful links in the comments to get you started. Take a few minutes this month to get prepared. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your neighbors. 🦅

Greetings Neighbor! August Adopted-a-Park cleanup was done last week. I will be honest, my back had other plans for me this month so I kept it to 30 minutes. But 30 minutes still fills a bag and a full bag still matters. Consistency over perfection. See you next month. 🦅

Greetings Neighbor! Sharing this for anyone who lives or owns property in Reedsport. The levee system upgrade is officially underway and this is big news for our community. The City of Reedsport is excited to announce the addition of a bathroom facility at Bicentennial Park ~ home of Reedsport’s Disc Golf Course. Join us and help us celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony!

Greetings Neighbor! Back at it again for my monthly Adopted-a-Park cleanup. This time I covered three quarters of the park in 30 minutes, the rest had active campers so I gave them their space. Zip ties made another appearance but I will say, for a park that has seen a lot of activity this season including a recent event, it was remarkably clean. Progress! If you see something on the ground that does not belong there, you know what to do. 🦅

I am a single operator serving Reedsport and the Douglas County coast, which means when you reach out you are always reaching me directly. I specialize in connecting quality tenants with well maintained rental properties while giving property owners the communication and accountability they deserve.

When I am not managing properties you will find me cleaning up local parks through my Adopted-a-Park commitment, sharing community resources and staying connected to what is happening around town. I believe that how you show up for your community matters just as much as how you manage a property.
