A❤ Could you get used to mornings with this view? ☕⛳ I certainly could!

SOLD last week in Plantation Lakes, located in ! 🥂 This stunning villa overlooking the pond and golf course captures what makes resort-style living here so special. Beautiful views, a little more relaxation, and that feeling of being on vacation right at home. 🤩🎤⬇

I’m so grateful to my sellers for trusting me to represent them and guide this sale. ❤ Behind the pretty photos, there’s plenty of follow-through, problem-solving, and attention to detail. With diligence, experience, and everyone working together, we made it to the finish line!

Congratulations to my sellers as they head into their next chapter, and to the new owner who gets to call this beautiful spot "home". 💛

Would you spend your morning sipping coffee by the pond or heading out for a round of golf?

Osprey Point update... Rebohoth Beach, DE

The ownership of future amenities in the Osprey Point community has been resolved in the Court of Chancery. Osprey Point is located on a 132-acre property along Old Landing Road north of Rehoboth Beach. It was the longtime site of Old Landing Golf Course and abuts a tributary to Rehoboth Bay. Sussex County Council approved a rezoning request for the property in November 2016.

When you live at the beach, supporting local is just part of the lifestyle. 🌊

For April Love Raimond, that means staying involved with the Dewey Beach Lions Club, showing love to local restaurants and businesses (especially in the off-season!), and spending a Tuesday morning strolling the Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market.

A little community time outside of real estate goes a long way. ❤️

Happy Son & Daughter Day!

Houses are made of bricks and beams, but homes are built on the love, laughter, and wonderfully chaotic moments we share with our kids. ❤️✨To some, those are furry friend!👧👦👇
