According to Luxury Portfolio International's Trends & Truths report, 93% of affluent buyers surveyed plan to buy, build, or renovate a luxury home within five years, and what they expect has changed. Performance over rarity. Rooms that serve more than one purpose, smart-home systems, and space that can earn income.

Wellness as status. Cold plunges, saunas, soaking tubs, and trailheads close to home.
Experience over address. Nearly 60% would consider a secondary market for better design and value.

Craftsmanship. Attention to detail (87%) and quality of materials (86%) rank above every other definition of luxury.

And 70% of buyers still say a human broker is critical. Local knowledge is what turns a search filter into the right home.

All Proceeds went to support the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation and Healing Arenas.

We had an amazing time with so many amazing friends and family members from the community that came out to support this great event! And, yes, our tent cheered every time we got a best chili vote ticket put into our jar, which was a lot :). We ended up getting second place in the people’s vote category.
