This is the part of real estate you don’t always see on social media.

Not every buyer gets the first house they write on.

My buyers kept showing up. We wrote the offers. We dealt with the disappointment. We adjusted when we needed to and kept looking.

Yesterday was exactly what I wanted.

Nothing fancy. No big plans. Just a chill, stress-free birthday spent with my kids, my family, Mom & Dad… and of course, carrot cake with Dee Staceylynn REALTOR®️

The older I get, the more I realize these are the birthdays I appreciate the most. Good food, lots of laughs, being around the people I love, and actually slowing down long enough to enjoy it.

Reno and Sparks continue to see strong demand and limited inventory, while Fernley stands out with just 1.5 months of supply and 42.3% fewer active listings year over year.

The takeaway? Local market data matters. What’s happening in Reno may look very different from Sparks or Fernley.
