A good realtor won’t always tell you what you want to hear.

Sometimes it’s:

“I think we can find something better.”
Or simply, “Honestly, I’d wait.”

Yesterday at 7541 Young Circle reminded me why I love doing things a little differently.

We brought local small businesses together to showcase what they do, connect with new people, support one another, and simply enjoy time together, all while creating a fun open house experience for buyers and neighbors.

One of the best comments I heard from a neighbor was, “I’ve never seen an open house like this before.”

And that stuck with me.

Because marketing a home isn’t just putting it on the MLS and waiting. It’s creating visibility, bringing people through the door, building conversations, and giving ithe community a reason to stop by.

And sometimes those conversations create opportunities we weren’t even expecting, including a potential future listing from someone who saw the effort firsthand.
