I've been meaning to share this news from a few weeks ago! This was the largest square footage condo in the Stratford Condominium buildings. My clients were also my dear friends.

A renovated 4-bedroom mid-century townhome on the 9th fairway, about 2,444 sq ft at roughly $327 per square foot.

Your fees are about $194 a month total: $74 for Reston Association and $120 for the cluster. That covers:
🌿 Common-area upkeep, snow removal, and trash
🏊 Community pools all over Reston
🎾 Tennis and pickleball courts
🚶 55 miles of trails, starting right out your back gate
🛶 Fishing and paddling on Reston’s four lakes

Walk to Lake Anne Village Center, the lakeside plaza where Reston began. Reston Town Center’s restaurants are a quick drive, so you’re close to the action and come home to a quiet fairway.

Changing your status from “renter” to “owner” can be intimidating, but it has many long-term and short-term benefits. And at the end of the day, it is so nice to come home to a place that’s yours. If you’re ready to get started, I’m ready to help!

If you adopt a free tree, take some time to learn about it and be sure to plant it where it has room to grow without being too close to your house, for instance.

🌳 Fairfax County residents can still claim a free tree for their home

Fairfax County residents can still claim a free native tree for their property through a county partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, while supplies last. Residents can request delivery online, and community groups can also apply for free trees to plant on private properties through Oct. 30.

Open House Sunday, 9/20 from 2-4 PM.

Open House Saturday 10-1 at 11480 Links Dr, Reston.
Privacy and a setting new construction can't match: your patio opens directly to a Reston Association pathway - an easy walk to Lake Anne Village Center or Reston Town Center.

Move-in ready including a new roof, and updates throughout. A front patio and garden lead to a foyer with Saltillo-style tile, flowing into a fully renovated kitchen and open floor plan. The bright, skylit dining room opens to a large deck & patio with a storage shed and trail access. Hardwood floors run throughout (tile in baths), and the living room centers on a gas fireplace.

The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and two updated full baths. The highlight is an 18×18 third-floor retreat with a cathedral ceiling, a full brick wall, east- and west-facing windows, walk-in closet, updated bath with luxurious walk-in shower — and its own deck overlooking trees and a golf course. This space can be a bedroom suite, family room, studio, office - whatever you want it to be.
