Job description
Oakwood Management Company is seeking a Groundskeeper(s) for our Columbus, Ohio portfolio. We have positions available anywhere you would want to be!

It is Oakwood Management Company’s outstanding team that has grown Oakwood into the largest local property management company in central Ohio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Remove debris from entire community to ensure property grounds remain clean at all times.

· Complete tasks associated with the physical upkeep of the community including grounds, pool, amenities, property entrance, turf repair, and preventative maintenance.

· Performs necessary landscaping tasks that may include tending to green spaces, weeding, mulch clean up, planting.

· Performs building cleanliness which can include, power-washing, breezeways and stairwells, trash removal, minor painting.

· At times may be asked to assist with the turn process of vacant apartments into market ready apartments.

· Seasonal tasks such as assisting with pool, maintenance, or snow removal during inclement weather.
