Deleware Ave house is coming together! Floors have been sanded, stained, and one coat of poly. Primed and painted walls, A/C is hooked up and running 🥶 Carpet installed in upstairs BRs. Bathrooms almost done: toilets tub and LVT flooring. Next up: cabinets and countertops, appliance installation, and new cement walkways, then we are READY TO ROLL!
