This one is extra special. โค๏ธ

One of the greatest joys of being a Realtor is helping someone achieve a goal they've worked so hard forโ€”and today, I get to celebrate a client who did exactly that.

When we first started working together, homeownership wasn't quite within reach yet. She had a dream of buying her first home, but there were still a few steps that needed to happen before she would be ready.

The easy thing would have been to give up.

Instead, she trusted the process.

She followed the guidance I provided, stayed focused on her goals, put in the work behind the scenes, and remained patient when things didn't happen overnight.

Today, all of that hard work has paid off because she is officially UNDER CONTRACT on a beautiful new construction 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in the Walnut Ridge community in Henrico! ๐Ÿกโœจ

As if that wasn't exciting enough, I was also able to help her secure a $64,000 grant opportunity within the community. This grant was only available to FIVE buyers, and she was able to secure one of those spots.
