I may only be living on the direct Ashland/Glen Allen line but it’s nice to see the stars and my neighbors are 4/5 minute walk away. I’m going to make this place “POP” with some planting ideas, and I’m going to hopefully make it my house here in a couple years. Take one full cig to walk from my porch to the end of the drive, I used to smoke 2 just walking to the end of my street! Already down 15 cigs a day, and looking forwards to when I put them down fully!

Lil baby grading job i did for a client last Sunday, considering the foundation acts as a dam, the water being directed 8-10’ off the home should make it stay nice and stable. I did the foundation drains and crawlspace leveling aprox 2.5 months ago.

Extremely random, but meagan and I were watching that old show “desperate housewives wives” and I was checking out the landscaping (also found out 95%are all fake versions on the show!) couldn’t remember the name of the flowers I brought back from Florida but they are all over the show, African Lilly/Lilly of the Nile. When the spring finally comes around I plan to have these shipped up and start growing them in our sun room. If splitting works I may start selling and tropical plants🤘🏼.

12 years ago today I was doing a mulch job off river road, the home owner came running out screaming “YALL HIT MY HOUSE” (I wasn’t near her house yet) 5 minutes later we heard it was an earthquake that took down my high school and the after shock was directly about a 1/4 mile off the back porch of my dads house. We were one of 4 structures with earthquake insurance in Louisa county and ironically only had minor damages since the wave was shorter than that of the waves hitting half mile and farther. Amazing what Mother Nature can do.
