My first client is officially settled into her new home and the reviews are in! Due to her circumstances and career plans it made the most sense to find a nice rental with a year lease, and we found a great one! Everyone’s situation is unique, and I’m not just here to “sell homes.” I’m here to help people find the best solution that meets their needs.

How nice would it be to move into a home with a new roof and water heater (as of 2022) and an HVAC system under 10 years old? Take that big ol' stack of cash you would've spent on those things and put it towards an offer on 406 Koa Ct, Berea, KY 40403! I got to enjoy hosting an open house there last weekend at the courtesy of the listing agent Robin Jones and The Robin Jones Group at Keller Williams Legacy Group and thought those updates were so nice they needed a little highlight reel.
