If you’re waiting for home prices to come down in Fairfield County, CT, I have bad news for you.

Despite what you may read in the headlines or hear from friends and family, there are still very few signs of the Fairfield County real estate market “crashing” any time soon.

In towns like Westport, Wilton, Weston, Fairfield, and New Canaan, buyer demand continues to outweigh inventory in many price points — especially for well-positioned homes.

Take a look at the long-term trend. Real estate here has remained one of the strongest lifestyle-driven markets in the Northeast.
