Between 2021 and 2024, Social Security numbers were issued by the former administration from an average of 240,000 per year to over 1,000,000 … who were the recipients of these new Social Security numbers? Not new people growing into the work system. But humans flooding across our border. Now known as new Democrats. Prove me wrong ! I’ll wait…………

Carpenter needed? Carpenter found! John Breland has done many projects for me, and is ‘between big jobs’ at the moment… 601-613-1504… here are some recent jobs: create the perfect cookbook bookshelf our kitchen and build matching bookcases flanking this fireplace, and this week, replacing an old back door at my hysteric office in Belhaven.

This is the last Tuesday at Lou’s Full Serv in Belhaven, where you still have time to come get this fabulous chicken breast plate lunch with garlic mashed potatoes, lima beans complete with some onion and bacon flavoring and a piece of this focaccia bread for under $15 come on it’s only 12:23 p m and they serve until 2 today!

OK! So two outta three ain’t bad, right?
Common, isn’t it, that we don’t know what we don’t know until we realize we should know. Then, we begin searching in earnest for meaningful themes, guidance, and understanding. All will find value in these 2-3 page essays.
How many young men and women would benefit from knowing at least a few of the vignettes in this powerful anthem to self self-discipline, if introduced to people over 10 and up to my age of 81. This book is meaningful now but would have been life altering 71 years ago. 

So my ‘healthy body’ this morning, sought a late breakfast after Mass, with those perfectly poached eggs, this morning with sautéed green onion, sliced thinly, and a fresh red, now ripe jalapeño pepper actually grown from seeds, here at home…, plus the requisite Jimmy Dean sausage, and fresh figs from Fresh Market to adorn and soak into a soft, still warm croissant from the same convenient store. What’s your breakfast look like?

Miss me lately?
OK, here is Vol. XLII, No. 13.
Easily recognizable is the patty of Jimmy Dean hot sausage, perfectly scrambled eggs with a blend of cheeses and about seven 1/4 inch slices of green onion. What you may not notice without looking back at the picture is: two perfectly ripe figs, freshly harvested, with permission, from a somewhat sacred Bush in historic Belhaven. (Thank you Hotel Zulu, you will know who you are..) Free lunch at either of my son’s two restaurants here in the metro area if you can figure out the meaning of the volume and number.
Any friend of “Bill W“ will have a better chance. 
Finally, for the first time in about 30 years, a fine, small, very historic office with so much legacy may be available.
