Good afternoon I just wanted to touch on a few things regarding buying or selling a home. If you are waiting for the market to crash like it did in 2008/2009 it is not going to. Laws and regulations were changed to prevent it from happening again. If you are waiting for the interst rates to go back down to the 2 and 3 rates. It's not going to happen anytime soon. Please look at the chart included showing the interest rates in the past. Interst rates are pretty normal right now. 10 and 12 rates are considered high.
