We’ve officially launched Exclusive Marine Brokers — a separate business focused on helping people buy and sell pre-owned boats.

And don’t worry, Coosa Concierge isn’t going anywhere! We love what we’ve built here and are still just as committed to taking care of our Coosa clients and lake homes. 💙

EMB is simply a new venture we’re excited to add alongside Coosa Concierge, and we’d love for y’all to follow along and help us spread the word!

Last week was a busy one for one of our favorite clients—and we were happy to help make sure everything was ready before a house full of family and friends arrived for the weekend.

With a Thursday deadline, our team completed:
🌿 Planted 21 hydrangeas and 5 gardenias
🧹 Cleaned out and organized the boat garage
🏄‍♂️ Mounted surfboards as garage décor

Everything was completed on time, leaving our client with one less thing to worry about and a lake home that was ready to enjoy.

🇺🇸 We’re a little over a week away from the biggest boating holiday of the year… are you ready?

One of our clients wanted an additional boat parking spot ready before the July 4th rush. We were able to install new boat cleats, giving them a secure place to tie up an extra boat for family and friends visiting for the holiday weekend. We also added an extra cleat for their lily-pad! It’s all the little things that add up to a better lake experience!

When your client needs their boat at the dealership for service, but the dealership is too busy to send more than one guy out… sometimes you gotta hook up to the “Old Uglier” pontoon and make the tow happen anyway. 😂👊
