It takes a community to care for our veterans. We're grateful to VFW Post 8547 for organizing a food drive benefitting the U.S.VETS Inland Empire's Pantry. Donations of Commissary Gift cards and food items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies helps to support our low-income veterans and their families. Small acts of kindness create a lasting impact. Thank you for supporting those who served our country.

Today, we celebrate the incredible grandparents who have helped shape, support, and inspire our nation's veterans and active-duty military members.
The love, wisdom, encouragement, and sacrifices of grandparents leave a lasting impact that extends far beyond childhood. Whether offering a listening ear, sharing life lessons, helping during difficult times, or simply providing unconditional love, grandparents play a vital role in strengthening the resilience and well-being of those who serve our country.
To all the grandparents who have supported our military families and veterans through every challenge and triumph, thank you. Your influence lasts a lifetime, and your dedication helps build stronger families, stronger communities, and a stronger nation.

Today, we gathered as a community to honor the lives lost and the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice 25 years ago on September 11, 2001. Thank you to everyone who joined us at U.S.VETS Inland Empire for our Patriots Day Ceremony and the signing of our Wall of Remembrance. Your presence helped make the day meaningful, memorable, and a powerful reminder that we will never forget. We are especially thankful for the Riverside National Honor Guard Semper Fi Unit 1 for their moving participation and tribute to our nation's fallen heroes. A special thank you to Home Depot for building our Wall of Remembrance, creating a space where our community could reflect, remember, and honor those lost. We also extend our appreciation to Discovery Church of Moreno Valley for sending members of their congregation to offer prayer, comfort, and support to those who needed it throughout the day. Together, we remembered. Together, we honored. Together, we united as a commuity.

Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice of workers across our nation, especially our veterans and active-duty service members who continue to serve both in and out of uniform. To all who have dedicated themselves to building stronger communities, supporting their families, and serving our country, we thank you.
