I get to work with some of the best clients! As I was walking through a listing that closes today I saw that my sweet Sellers had left the Buyer a gift ♥️ kindness goes a long ways and I am so blessed to get to be a part of theirs!

❄️ Realtor Reminder: Protect Your Vacant Listings! 🏡

We’ve enjoyed some wonderful warm weather, but this cold front is moving in and overnight temperatures are expected to drop below freezing.

If you have a vacant home on the market, now is the time to make sure:

✅ The heat is turned on (recommended minimum of 55°F)
✅ Faucets are dripping if needed
✅ Garage doors are closed
✅ Exterior hose bibs are disconnected and winterized

Taking a few simple precautions can help prevent frozen pipes and costly damage.

If you’re out of town or need someone to check on your property, I’m happy to help.

Stay ahead of the freeze and protect your investment!

Closing day is always a great day and these sweet little notes help me remember why I love what I do ♥️

This family had a very specific list of what they wanted in a home… we searched high and low, they didn’t give up (and neither did I😉) we FINALLY found the perfect fit!

So excited for them and the start of their next chapter in their new home! 🏡
