The excitement officially begins! 🏡✨

After a few close calls, we finally found the one—and it was worth the wait. My amazing clients are officially UNDER CONTRACT on this stunning new construction by in South Tampa.

I’m incredibly grateful to have represented them through the sale of their previous home and now the purchase of the next chapter in their lives. Being trusted with both sides of the journey is something I never take for granted.

And that’s a wrap on Gio’s 25/26 Baseball Varsity Season at Plant High School. Grateful for it all. It’s been such a fun ride as a mom on the stands and being a part of running fundraisers and programs behind the scenes with the most amazing mom partners Lindsay and Jenny… and a a huge shout out to Lauren for getting us the best sponsors for the boys meals on ALL game days!

on a property… after 3 trips, multiple zoom and conference call sessions, late night conversations, strategizing, regrouping after cancelling on what they thought was the one but inspection revealed some troubling workmanship, trusting that everything always works out the way they should….and the amount of trust it takes for them to pull the trigger on a property they’ve seen only through video call with me….this is one with quite a story!! Stay tuned…..
