on a property… after 3 trips, multiple zoom and conference call sessions, late night conversations, strategizing, regrouping after cancelling on what they thought was the one but inspection revealed some troubling workmanship, trusting that everything always works out the way they should….and the amount of trust it takes for them to pull the trigger on a property they’ve seen only through video call with me….this is one with quite a story!! Soaking this all up!!! Client tours and walk throughs are happening at this STUNNING project at 4629 W Longfellow! We’ve been working behind the scenes and making sure each walk through is as flawless as I can make it! Under construction showings done have to be boring. It’s an absolute chance for me to curate and make it an experience for them! Not all clients can follow along so easily especially walking through an under construction project like this one! I make sure they can focus and it’s as simple as having smoothies ready for them, waters since I know it can get hot at a site, printed marketing boards so they can see everything I’m describing and having tangible materials on site so they can see the vision for each space. It’s an experience! And I want it to be that way for every showing at any stage!
