Jake joins Grover Corlew with experience as a capital markets associate, where he underwrote and structured debt and equity placements across office, multifamily, retail and industrial assets throughout the Southeast. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from Syracuse University.

As reported by Commercial Property Executive, Grover Corlew has secured $30 million in financing for Hillsboro Center, our 223,716-square-foot Class A office campus in Deerfield Beach.

Since acquiring the property in 2019, Grover Corlew has invested more than $10 million to reposition Hillsboro Center into a premier workplace destination. Today, the campus is 97% leased, with 43 tenants representing 15 different industries, which is a testament to the property's quality, strategic location and the continued strength of the South Florida office market.

Thank you to JLL Capital Markets for arranging the financing and BankUnited for their partnership on this transaction. We appreciate the confidence in both Hillsboro Center and our long-term vision for the property.

As we continue investing in exceptional commercial and mixed-use destinations, we're excited for what's ahead including the future development of Mayla Hillsboro, our approved 360-unit multifamily community adjacent to the office campus.
