As our Mayla Residences brand grows across South Florida, with Mayla Cypress now under construction in Fort Lauderdale and more communities on the way, Chris is a key part of the team we're building to match our ambitions.

Congratulations to Naiop South Florida on a phenomenal 2026 Awards of Excellence and a special shoutout to our own Mark Corlew, Chapter President of NAIOP South Florida and Principal at Grover Corlew.

For the first time, the gala was held in Miami at the JW Marriott Marquis, and the turnout did not disappoint with a packed room with strong representation from across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Grover Corlew has completed the $19.5 million sale of Turtle Run Shoppes, a 79,000-sq.-ft. retail center in City of Coral Springs. The project involved assembling five parcels, creating new direct access along the high-traffic Sample Road corridor and executing a full redevelopment and tenant repositioning strategy. The center was 92.4% leased at the time of sale reflecting strong performance and long-term value creation.
