Site Star is a consulting company dedicated to helping retail and wholesale companies find the most profitable locations. At its most basic level, we prepare sales forecasts for new, expanded and relocated units so that the operator can evaluate the real estate before the store opens. At a higher level, we help retail and wholesale companies find the optimal number of locations necessary to fill out a new or existing market, and the best places to begin looking for those new sites. At an even higher level, Site Star helps the retail or wholesale company find the best large markets that will yield the best results for store deployment. In general, the methodologies applied are spatial analytics. That is, we study and analyze your stores, your competitors, and your customers, and then solve for the best spots that achieve the best sales. In order to get there, we study your business concept, and determine which type of customer is worth most, how much they are worth depending on distance from the proposed unit, and the extent to which competitors affect those sales. Once we know that, the rest is mathematics.
