So excited for these clients! ❤️

I’ve had the pleasure of working with them for about a year and a half now... from selling their home in Roanoke over a year ago to helping them search for their next home sweet home. 🏡

It’s definitely been a journey for all of us, and I couldn’t be more excited that we found the one! This beautiful, cozy home gives them the space they’ve been looking for while also putting them closer to family. ❤️

I’m so excited for this next chapter for them and can’t wait to see them make this house their home!

We go to church right across the street, so we walked over for lunch today, and we will 100% be back! 🌮❤️

The decor was absolutely stunning, the employees were SO friendly, and almost every member of the staff stopped by to speak to us and make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, and the hibiscus margarita I had was so tasty! 🍹

And I 1,000% recommend the roasted corn as a side—YUM YUM! 🌽🤤

We had such a fun weekend camping out at Virginia Tech with so many of our friends at their fabulous tailgate Friday and Saturday night! 💙🏈 But, of course, we couldn’t forget about work, so we squeezed in some showings on Saturday and Sunday, too. 🏡

I always enjoy getting to meet up with this family, see their kids, and catch up with them. ❤️

And then, of course, there were a few fun little things I spotted along the way at my showings today: beautiful photos of cows because y’all know I love those 🐄, some gorgeous views out in Bassett, the cutest little message left on a Scrabble board in one of the homes we toured, and one of my favorite little clients hanging out in a tree. 🌳🥰

A little bit of football, a little bit of family, a little bit of real estate, and lots of fun memories! ❤️

Mondays are absolutely FABULOUS when they’re closing days! 🏡🔑❤️

I was so honored to have the opportunity to work with the Gunnell family and help them make their move to Botetourt County. This one was extra special because they are the parents of one of my very best friends! 🥰

They came to me with a very specific wish list: they wanted to be in a particular neighborhood so they could be close to their only daughter and, most importantly, their grandbabies. That meant we had a small radius to work with, along with a specific style of home that would allow for mostly one-level living.

And honestly… these folks were an absolute joy to work with! They knew what they wanted, gave me a clear picture of their needs, and trusted me throughout the process. We looked at just a handful of homes, and then the perfect opportunity came along while they were away at the beach.

The perfect home. 🏡
The perfect neighborhood. ❤️
The perfect floor plan. ✨

They trusted me enough to go take a look at the home for them, and ultimately decided to purchase it sight unseen! Talk about trust! 🥹

Yesterday was closing day, and they officially got the keys to their new home! 🔑🎉 Now they get to start moving in, making it their own, and putting their personal touches on a place they’ll soon call home.

And the best part? They’re not only new Botetourt County residents… they’re going to be my new neighbors, too! 🏡❤️

Thank you so much, Gunnell family, for trusting me to help you with such an important move. I am so grateful I got to be a part of this journey and even more excited to welcome you to the neighborhood!

We jumped on it, and now here we are… just ONE WEEK away from closing! 🎉🔑
