Eli Renn is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Business Broker whose career has been built around entrepreneurship, hospitality, and helping people create opportunity through business ownership. Having spent years as a business owner, operator, and leader, he understands firsthand the challenges, risks, and rewards that come with building something of your own.
Throughout his career, Eli has worked across restaurants, hospitality, business operations, workforce development, and commercial real estate, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of business, people, and property. His ability to connect operational realities with strategic growth opportunities allows him to guide clients through transactions with both practical insight and long-term vision.
Eli is passionate about the role entrepreneurs play in shaping communities and believes commercial real estate serves as a powerful catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and neighborhood revitalization. He is driven by the opportunity to help business owners, investors, and operators achieve their goals while creating lasting value for the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with his wife and their children, traveling, discovering great food, and building meaningful relationships. His faith, family, and commitment to personal growth continue to shape both his life and career.
