17!!! This makes 17 rental doors for us. It’ll be 20 rental units that I’m managing and 21 that I’m placing tenants for.

In all honestly the feelings come in waves. I think this will be my favorite rental that we own. It’s set up just like a townhouse!
I do feel overwhelmed after dealing with a series of situations in the last few weeks at our other rentals, but am reminded that the issues are fleeting and we can and will work through each of them.
