Shelby twp inspection: well she had crub appeal with the new siding and new roof, but strong septic smells in the back yard indicating a failing field, and both shower drains and a toilet leaking into the crawl space! Good thing they hired a inspector who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Buyer walked away.
