Two years ago, our company merged with Edina Realty. Looking back today, it's hard to believe it's only been two years because it truly feels like I've been part of this family throughout my entire 28-year real estate career.

Over the years I've learned that a brokerage is so much more than a name. It's the people who support you, challenge you, and help you become better every day.

I am incredibly grateful for our amazing Managing Broker, Jennifer Mitchell. Having a broker in the office who is accessible, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her agents makes all the difference. Whether it's a contract question, a difficult situation, or simply needing advice, she's always there with guidance and support.

I'm thankful to be part of a company that continually invests in its agents. From outstanding training for both new and experienced REALTORS®, to complimentary continuing education, exceptional marketing resources, and leadership that is always looking ahead, Edina Realty continues to raise the bar.

We're on the verge of launching incredible new technology and tools that will help our agents serve clients even better, proving once again that this company never stops investing in its people.
