She sells dirt. Expensive dirt. šŸŒ¾

I haven't forgotten about this page, I just accidentally built a much bigger audience over on my personal one, so most of my real estate life ends up there.

But this felt worthy of bringing it back over here.

Nearly 300 acres listed this year.

Somewhere along the way, land became a pretty big part of my business. Farms, recreational property, development opportunities, raw acreage and some absolutely ridiculous views along the way.

I don't think I ever intentionally set out to carve a lane for myself in land. I just kept saying yes, kept learning, kept walking properties most people wouldn't want to walk šŸ˜‚, and kept getting better at selling something that takes a little more than sticking a sign in the ground.

I'm pretty damn proud of that.

300 acres in one year. Not bad for a girl who never planned on becoming ā€œthe land Realtor.ā€ šŸŒ¾

When I first got into real estate and someone asked what I wanted to sellā€¦ I wouldā€™ve said luxury. (Donā€™t we all? šŸ˜…)

Fast forward.

My best year in business I worked in every price range. That same year? I sold massive land parcels, navigated complex acreage deals, and listed a large ā€œfarmetteā€ with moving parts most agents avoid.

If you told 2023 Bre sheā€™d be known for selling land in Wayne County & the Finger Lakesā€¦ I wouldā€™ve laughed.

But hereā€™s the thing:

I still sell HOMES.
Beautiful homes. Starter homes. Dream homes.

But land? Acreage? Building lots?

Thatā€™s a different skill set.

You donā€™t just throw a sign in the ground and hope for the best.

You research zoning.
You talk to municipalities.
You verify utilities.
You understand perc tests, subdivisions, road frontage, build potential.

I donā€™t just list dirt.
I do the homework.
I protect my buyers.
I position my sellers correctly.

And I lead every land listing with confidence and integrity.

All I can say is WOW.

Today I attended a lecture by .. and talk about fire. šŸ”„

Iā€™ll be honestā€¦ I donā€™t typically invest in education like this. So much of whatā€™s out there feels vague, recycled, or just not relatable. Iā€™ve sat through a lot of ā€œold schoolā€ methods that never truly resonated with me.

But today was different.

It was clear. It was practical. And it reignited something in me. I felt that internal spark again; the one that pushes you to level up and refine who you are, not just what you do.

I want people to truly get to know me, not just as a Realtor, but as someone committed to growth and delivering real value.

This year is about growth.
About meaningful education.
About raising my standards and bringing endless value to those I have the privilege of serving.
