Relaunching a stale listing starts with understanding what didn’t work the first time 🫠

When we took over this $1.1M Rochester, MN listing after 248 days on market, we started by understanding the sellers previous experience and identifying where things needed to change.

They had spent months feeling uniformed about what was happening with the sale of their home.

So before we changed anything else, we started with a better experience for our sellers with a plan for how we were going to bring their home back on market, better & stronger than before.

Prairie Ridge is what local developers, local builders, and the city of Rochester coming together looks like for our community of future homeowners 💚 With the help of buyer incentive programs and city funding the costs of these new construction single family homes and townhomes have been kept down. And yes, they are still gorgeous (did you see the built in electric fireplaces!? 🔥✨)

If you own a small business, you probably didn’t start it because you were excited to figure out how to market it…

But somewhere along the way, marketing becomes part of the job. I’ve now built three very different businesses:

Client based.
E-commerce brand.
And now Real Estate 💚

It’s also become one of my favorite parts of building a business!

On September 10th, I’m partnering with Old National Bank to share all things marketing with other business owners here in Rochester ✨

We’ll get into the fundamentals I come back to again and again, social first strategy, creating content with intention, building a brand people actually connect with, and plenty of real world lessons I’ve learned from figuring it out in my own businesses
