🏡 FIRST HOME ALERT! 🏡

Some closings are just extra special. ❤️

I taught Morgan in THIRD GRADE, so when I’m literally across the country and get a text from her mom asking, “Do you work in Chester, or should they work with a Zillow agent?”

Ummm… HOLD EVERYTHING. I’M FLYING BACK! 😂✈️

Okay, maybe the flight was already scheduled…but you get the idea.

I hopped off the plane and went straight to a showing, and now these two are officially HOMEOWNERS! 🏡🎉

There’s something pretty incredible about watching a kid you once taught grow up, start building a life of her own, and then getting the privilege of helping her and her fiancé buy their very first home.

Morgan, I am SO proud of you and Jayme and so thankful your family thought to call me. Congratulations on this huge milestone! Here’s to making lots of great memories in your new HOME! ❤️🔑🏡

🏡 CLOSED! 🎉

This one took a few twists and turns to get to the closing table, which makes celebrating today even sweeter!

From the beginning, my seller was incredible to work with. She worked hard to get the home ready before we hit the market, making sure it showed beautifully and was attractive to buyers when we had the opportunity to get them through the door. She was responsive, cooperative, and willing to do what was needed throughout the entire process.

We navigated one contract that unfortunately fell through, regrouped, got back on the market, and ultimately found another buyer and made it all the way to CLOSING! 🙌

But one of my favorite parts of this story is actually how it started. My seller told me that when she was looking for an agent, someone recommended me on Facebook- and that recommendation is what connected us.

I don't take that lightly.
