How are there price drops when demand outstrips supply? Because sellers listen to headlines and not their agents or work with agents who don't know the market changes week by week. Sellers who think they can sell their house in any old condition, not taking care of the little things, amateur photos, coupled with inflated asking prices. An experienced agent knows that a highest list price does not necessarily generate the highest sales price.
