Moe was raised in the West End of Richmond and graduated from Douglas Freeman High School, and then he joined the United States Marine Corps. Moe quickly became a highly decorated war veteran and in 1999, as a Staff Sergeant he was selected at the age of 29, as the youngest Warrant Officer in the entire Marine Corps, by the Secretary of the Navy. Moe received his education from University of Maryl
and while on active duty in Okinawa, Japan with his family. After serving 13 honorable years, he resigned as a Chief Warrant Officer, to start and build a marketing and advertising company called bMessages, Inc. Moe is currently Co-Owner / Manager of Fresh Start Property Solutions LLC a HomeVestors® Franchise (We Buy The Good, The Bad, The Ugly Houses®), Fresh Start Group LLC, Fresh Start Renovations, LLC, Fresh Start Realty LLC, and Fresh Start Investments. Moe is married to Cathy who is also the Principal Broker for Fresh Start Realty. They have 2 children, both graduates of Virginia Commonwealth University. Moe is a Realtor, Investor, Developer, Builder and Wholesaler. Moe also enjoys working with likeminded investors and buyers who are mostly referrals from happy clients looking to get a great deal on their next Real Estate Purchase.
