Born and raised in Andalusia, Alabama, Kat grew up surrounded by rural landscapes, quiet woods, and a way of life deeply rooted in the outdoors. From an early age, she developed a love for hunting, fishing, and exploring the wild—an upbringing that not only shaped her passions but also inspired her career path.

Kat brings a hands-on background as a seasoned hunting guide at Head Farm Hunting Preserve, where she spent multiple seasons leading successful whitetail hunts and managing food plots. She also worked with HuntPro, an AI-powered wildlife management platform, where she analyzed trail camera data to improve deer population tracking and land-specific management strategies for private landowners. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of rural land, wildlife behavior, and the needs of both hunters and landowners.

A recent graduate of Auburn University with a degree in agricultural communications, Kat is excited to be a part of SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate. Her goal is simple: to help others experience the connection to the land that shaped her life. Whether she’s walking a property line or talking strategy with a buyer, Kat is passionate about serving clients who share a love for the outdoors.
