Well the scumbags finally left. Here is the mess they left. Pardon the pictures it was pitch black out and they took all the light bulbs with them. Sad thing is this mess is not some revenge thing. These disgusting people lived like this.

I created this page to document the final stage of a nightmare eviction. After almost 10 months, $18,000 stolen from my family in past due rent and thousands of dollars in legal fees I am awaiting a judges final decision. Then its the sheriff. In the mean time the house has fallen into complete disarray. The inside looks like an episode of extreme hoarders and the outside looks like season 27 of the walking dead. I will be installing security cameras where I am legally allowed to and will be wearing a body cam at all times while I am on the property. to insure all interaction with these squatters will be documented. I created this page as both a warning to people who are thinking about being a landlord and to educate people to not make the same mistakes I did. Once I have the security cameras installed and the school year ends I will be taking residence in the basement which has always been mine and I am legally entitled to move in. I will not do ANYTHING illegal but I am also not going to make their remaining days pleasant or peaceful.
