My name is Amy Fortune and I have been serving the South Bay area for over 15 years, specializing in High-end Residential, and Commercial Design which is Family Friendly and Designed to suite your lifestyle. I hold a BFA in Interior Architectural Design from CSULB and also returned to teach in their design program for over 6 years, as an Instructor of Materials for Interiors and Color, and History

of Furniture. I offer complete design services from Conceptual Design and Consultation, to Project Management, along with Furniture, Finish, Color and Materials Selection, and Purchasing. Hello Friends,

I just finished up an apartment at the Beautiful Belmont Village Assisted living facilities. It was a small space, more like a NY City apt., with a living-room/kitchenette, and a bedroom with dressing area and large bathroom.

The client wanted a space with a more modern aesthetic, which was tailored, but also reflected a cool coastal palette, to incorporate the amazing views beyond, of Palos Verdes and the coast.

I wanted a sophisticated and timeless look, which I feel is the trend for future Senior Housing. Seniors are now our parents and close family members, Baby Boomers, who appreciate good design, not the previous standard of traditional furnishings, which can appear to be dated or "Old Fashioned."
