Please be prepared.

Please be advised that National Grid has informed the City they have electrical maintenance crews scheduled to repair and replace a section of damaged underground power infrastructure. The work is scheduled to begin at approximately 9 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024 and finish at approximately 7 AM Saturday, February 24. During these hours there will be several City blocks in the downtown area without power. The attached map shows roughly the affected areas during this power outage.

National Grid Power Outage: Erie Boulevard West @ South George Street
Date and Time Start: 9 PM Friday, February 23, 2024
Date and Time End: 7 AM Saturday, February 24, 2024
Areas Affected: See attached Map. Several City blocks in the downtown area including: West Dominick St, South George St, West Liberty St, North James St, etc.

Last night, Tuesday February 20th Rome Fire Department held a Fire Safety Training for our tenants. This Training was so informative and gave alot of helpful tips.

We would like to express our gratitude for the Rome Fire Department taking their time to hold this training.

Thank you to the tenants who took time out of their night to come to the training.
