Meet Dave, Chief Financial Officer at RHO Residential.

With over 15 years of experience in real estate finance, Dave brings deep expertise in financial reporting, asset management, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining RHO, he played a pivotal role in Saxum Real Estate’s rapid growth, helping expand its portfolio to more than 30 assets with over $3 billion in total capitalization across multiple asset classes. Earlier in his career, he sharpened his skills at Roseland, a Mack-Cali company, where he focused on property accounting, financial reporting, and commercial management.

At RHO, Dave leads the company’s finance, accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, treasury, and risk management functions—driving financial strategy and supporting long-term growth. Known for his thoughtful leadership and sharp financial insight, he brings a unique perspective shaped by extensive experience across both owner/developer and third-party management platforms.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and five children.
