Well, this one gave me a bit of whiplash – nearly six years in the making, then going from contract to close in two weeks! This one has been a long time coming. About six years ago, this sweet couple walked into my open house, into my life, and a friendship was born. We toured countless homes, and, during Covid, made countless offers and endured countless disappointments. They took a break to regroup and, lo and behold, they recently popped into an open house, fell in love with it, and yesterday morning asked me to make an offer for them on a house I hadn’t (still haven’t) even seen yet. We had a pretty tight deadline and submitted the offer yesterday – one of five presented to the seller last night. I’m so thrilled to announce their offer was accepted!
