The amount of growth has been showing is amazing! Now I need the city to get a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx.

It’s officially confirmed, lease signed (I only report the 💯 confirmed things), but Olive Garden will be coming to Hutto.

They will be located in the Sprouts development alongside Longhorns, Jasons Deli and a few other businesses.

I really appreciate those on City Council who voted for this deal. It was a 5-2 vote back when we did this. A small incentive has helped bring in over $25,000,000 in sales for sales tax collection. (Assuming we figure a way for a permanent sales tax share agreement with the ESD fire department).

The developer had a plan when we voted on the deal. Hutto staff helped prepare a great document that made sure we would get some highly sought after uses in Hutto.

Great job by everyone. Big time team effort!!
