If you live in the Rochester, NY area or specifically in Greece, NY then you and your homes/sheds will see heavy rains. When these structures don't have gutters like this shed, that rain water falls off the roof, bounces off the ground, and splashes back up onto the t-11 plywood siding of your shed. This causes the wood to rot. I removed the rotting wood from the bottom 11 inches of this shed and replaced it with PVC board to prevent this from happening again in the future.
