We are looking for an energized and ambitious Property Manager to join our team. This position includes a 2-bedroom apartment rent free!. We're pleased to have a 4.0 Glassdoor rating and are looking to hire an experienced candidate to help us keep growing and be dedicated to the continued success for a 84-Unit apartment community. Is well organized, punctual, self-driven with great follow through. Is a team player, dependable and will always provide outstanding customer service to residents. You will have problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes, and act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years of Property Management.
Affordable Housing Experience (RD/TC)
Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
Customer service and General Office experience
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor

Property Management Company is looking for a Full Time Property Manager to join our team in Parlier, CA. Our property is Tax Credit/HUD/RD/Bond. We need an energized Property Manager who can close deals.
