Life is too short to work with people you don’t like. I’m a big believer that the best partnerships are built on trust, clear communication, and authenticity. A sense of humor is a necessity because if you aren’t having fun, what’s the point?

We just welcomed our second child on July 3rd (healthy and happy!) and while our hearts are full, so are all of our bedrooms!

What felt like “plenty of room” a year ago now has us wondering where everything (and everyone) is going to fit. We’re lucky to have the available square footage and equity to add a 4th bedroom for an office and guests, but it got me thinking...
