I see this on the DAILY. Saying “quartz” on a million+ dollar listing is hurting your sell-ability! You may not know the difference, but your luxury buyers sure will and if they see “quartz” before they scroll the photos and see quartzite, you may have lost a buyer.

Stop it. Do your research. And know your Luxury finishes. (Or just finishes in general!!)
