My clients were ok with some updating, but didn’t want a major project.
This was one of the first homes we toured and they loved it but naturally, wanted to see what else was out there. A couple weeks later with some time on the market, we were in escrow under list with a seller credit to lower their interest rate on top of that. In the end, an additional 10K in repairs were negotiated and completed by the time we closed, and all on time!
This is just one example of how the market has shifted to buyers recently, so if you’re thinking about pulling the trigger, call me 🤙🏼
As for my sellers, we’ll be spending the winter doing some updates and watching the market closely for the perfect time to sell. If you’re thinking about listing next spring, now’s the time to start strategizing!
