Here’s another super late post…!

So glad I got to meet my man and help him purchase his first home! He is gracious, humble, and a downright good guy.

We originally met in mid November when he was looking to get in touch with the listing agent on a home he liked. After a brief conversation explains the benefits of having true buyers representation and the protection it provides, we were off on showings. After just a few weeks of showings and a super smooth closing (with lots of credits negotiated of course😉) he was able to take the keys 🔑 to his new home just before the new year!

I’ve been super behind on posting lately but here was my last closing of 2025!

Jason was an amazing referral from some of my prior clients. I couldn’t ask for a better buyer to work with. He was very communicative, always asking questions, and infinitely curious about the buying process.

We originally met in early October and by late December closed on the perfect condo for under asking price and with closing cost credits 🍾🎉
