Congrats to the Gutierrez Family for buying their first home in the North Highlands area...

This family was very eager to buy a home and they worked with me very closely to get it done. I really appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to get this transaction done. They were always ready to see homes and sign paperwork on moments notice.
I was able to connect them with a helpful lender that got there loan approved and dropped the loan quickly once everything was approved.

They were able to get downpayment assistance and I negotiated that the sellers give them $11,000 to put towards there closing costs, making the amount they had to pay at close a lot less than what they were going to have to pay.

My goal was to make the whole process as inexpensive and as smooth as possible.

I can make these negotiations for you as well if you choose me as your realtor. Remember when you buy a house you hire a Realtor not a company, pick your REaltor wisely (well you should hire a realtor and not just a real estate agent).

Seller credits and down payment assistance can make buying a home much more affordable and accessible for many buyers. Seller credits are when the seller agrees to pay a portion of the buyer’s closing costs, which helps reduce the amount of cash the buyer needs upfront at closing. Down payment assistance programs can also help by providing grants or low-interest loans to cover part of the down payment, making it easier for buyers who may not have a large amount of savings saved up. Together, these options can lower the financial barrier to homeownership, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and help buyers move into a home sooner than they might have thought possible.
