🎁 Package Deliveries: Track your packages and retrieve them promptly to avoid theft. Consider placing a discreet item, like a potted plant, on your porch to conceal deliveries.
🔑 Secure Your Home: Make sure doors and windows are locked, even when you're home. If you’re traveling, use timers for lights and ask a neighbor to keep an eye on your property.
🎄 Be Mindful of Decorations: Keep holiday lights and decorations away from flammable materials and ensure they’re turned off when not in use.

There have been changes in national real estate practices affecting both the Buyers and Sellers. Primarily with the Buyers and their Agents. The changes in the practices are stipulated in recent settlement agreements.

Now the Buyers and their agents must sign a “Buyer Agent Representation Agreement” before an agent can show a home to the prospective Buyer, except under the situation, an open house tour.
