If you’re moving from inland from coastal CA and craving more land, more character, and less cookie-cutter… these are the spots you’ll want to explore first 👇🏼

🌿 Meadowview
Think: horse trails, mature trees, rolling hills, white picket fences but in the middle of Temecula close to shopping, schools, freeways.

It feels rural but is centrally located.

Most lots sit on ½–2 acres and can accommodate horses, chickens, goats and small vineyard or orchards. Clubhouse ,pools, parks and Low property taxes.

🏡 Santiago Estates
Temecula’s luxury pocket—custom estates on 2–5 acres, winding streets lined with palm trees, and privacy for days.

Ideal if you want space for a guest house, sport court, or even a mini hobby farm, like upscale but want to be extremely close to 15 freeway, schools and other amenities.

🍇 Wine Country
You’ll find sprawling ranch-style homes, modern farmhouses, and vineyard views.

It’s wine country and unincorporated so one of the few places you can air bnb.

Also expect lots of dirt roads, most homes septic. It’s rural but elevated.

Great for someone who wants to be more secluded from town or wants extra room for farming, vineyard, animals etc.

For OC families craving that modern organic lifestyle—these areas check every box: room to breathe, natural beauty, and homes with actual personality. 🫶🏼

I’m kind of obsessed with this house… so obviously I sent it to my client 👀

She’s been searching for:
• One story
• Huge lot
• Under $1M
• In Temecula
• Upgraded

…and yeah, she’s obsessed too 😅
It has such a coastal vibe to it. Reminds me of a house in Vista or Encinitas.

I love all the light and neutral colors. The backyard is soooo cute, lush and private.

Single-story homes on large lots at this price point are rare out here. Like… blink-and-it’s-gone rare. Not to mention it borders wine country and has A+ schools.

This one checks boxes most buyers end up having to compromise on
