Success stories rarely begin at the top. For Diana Shakirova, the journey to becoming a top-producing real estate professional began thousands of miles away in Tiraspol, Moldova, and was built through resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to growth.

After moving to the United States at just 18 years old without speaking English, Diana learned early that success was something earned through hard work and determination. Today, she is a powerhouse in the industry, closing 67 transactions and more than $35.9 million in production in 2024 while making a lasting impact on the community she serves.

Her path to real estate wasn’t immediate, but once she found her calling, she knew. “I knew immediately that this was where I was meant to be.”

Diana’s approach to real estate is rooted in empathy, responsibility, and treating every client’s decision as if it were her own. “When I negotiate, I think about how I would handle the situation if I were buying or selling my own property,” she shares.

The foundation of her success was built long before real estate—through the lessons she learned as the oldest of five sisters, where responsibility and leadership became part of who she was. “They taught me discipline, leadership, and resilience. Those lessons built the foundation for everything I do today.”
Today, Diana continues to grow with a vision focused not only on her own success but on creating opportunities for others. “Where you begin does not determine where you can go” is a belief that has guided every chapter of her journey.
