Our latest flip property going live tomorrow. It is located in fair oaks, and my favorite part is the open concept kitchen , and curbless shower in the master bathroom . Has to be the backyard transformation, little more work than I thought 😅. But Great turn out! I am very grateful my team was able to see my vision and get this one knocked out!.

Another successful flip we finished in old Elk Grove, Massive 2,300 sqft home 5 bedroom and 3 full baths. With a massive 6ft x 5ft shower! 🤯, I did go a little over budget of about $12,000. 😬. But sometimes profits are sacrificed in order to get a better product delivered. Also, this house is almost double the size of the normal ones we do. 😅. In just 2 days, we had 18 showings! Just during the week!.
I am very happy with the end result. And I couldn't have done it without my crew.

Newest flip complete in west sacramento. Great transformation, couldn't be happy with the final product and my crew!. Total all In was about 6 weeks to complete this one. We didn't leave anything untouched. New hvac, roof,windows, irrigation front and back, landscape front and back, reconfigure of master bathroom layout ,in the kitchen adding in a walk in pantry! And giving it a open concept layout.

Some before and afters of a major fixer we took on and with many set backs we finally finished her and on the market. This home pushed my limits many times and we had to over come a lot of stuff but it's made me and my team even that more sharper and better at taking on a massive project like this one.
